George T. and Judy Weldon started our company in 1975 with a primary focus in the pipeline industry. They fostered a commitment to hard work, integrity, client satisfaction, and a drive to make a positive difference for their customers, and for the employees who worked for them to make that possible. As CEO, Mike T. Weldon has been successfully building on and fostering those principles ever since.

MIKE T. WELDON
CEO
Mike grew up working side-by-side with his parents, George and Judy, and his younger brother Brett where he developed an unwavering work ethic, a passion for customer experience, and doing relationship-based business. He is dedicated to the continued evolution of the business based on the principles of Integrity, Quality, and Professionalism.
Outside of work his passion is family. He loves being a husband, father, and grandfather, and cherishes the time they spend together, especially their time outdoors.
CAMERON ROBINSON
Project Manager
Cameron Robinson is an industry expert and veteran with over 25 years in welding and construction. He is an experianced Project Manager with over 9-years of contributing to our customers with George T. Weldon Construction, LLC.
Cameron is extremely skilled welder, equipment operator, and contractor who leads by providing clear plans for realizing opportunities and solving problems.
Cameron holds a deep passion for being an incredible father, a family man, riding his Harley, boating, and a multitude of projects, but mostly he enjoys adventures with his wife and kids.
SHELBIE JACKSON
Office Manager
Shelbie is a strong leader who empowers those around her to work together to achieve our common goal – Serving the Customer.
She can influence others, encouraging and motivating them to work hard and succeed. This is demonstrated by Shelbie’s positive attitude, tireless energy, and acute eye for detail. Her efficiency is unmatched, and she is truly an asset to our company.
Her inspiration comes from her husband and family. In her free time, she enjoys cooking great food, having outdoor adventures, and supporting family and grandkids with all their activities.
GARY M. MERRILL, JR.
Business Development Manager
Gary joined George T. Weldon Construction, LLC in September of 2023 after having a 27-year career in Corporate Leadership Roles. Since joining, Gary brings a vibrant energy to the office and focuses on Relationship Based business development.
Gary is the type of leader that is always willing to do anything he would ask of anyone else. He demonstrates a deep personal commitment to the success of our customers, his co-workers, and our business.
In his free time, Gary is an avid fisherman, a craftsman, and avid woodworker. Most importantly he is a devoted husband of 26 years, and a dedicated father to his two kids. Family is the most significant priority and blessing in his life.
Eric Weldon
General Foreman
As the third generation contributing to the legacy of George T. Weldon Construction, LLC, Eric Weldon has been immersed in the family business from a young age, mastering the art of heavy equipment operation and striving for excellence in everything he does.
With years of experience and a deep commitment to being the best in class, Eric combines his technical expertise with strong leadership skills to manage and mentor his teams, sharing his knowledge to elevate their experience and performance.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Eric is a dedicated father and family man who cherishes time with his loved ones. When he’s not at work, you can find him cheering on the San Francisco Giants, swinging a golf club, or engaged in family activities with the same passion and dedication he brings to his craft.
